Experience:

• Developed and designed complex computer models of Colorado River basins for administration of water rights.
• Determination of biologically and extreme value base design flows for protection of aquatic life.
• Developed and applied computer models to analyze complex groundwater flow systems including evaluation of ground water pumping withdrawals and recharge stresses.
• Engineering analysis of water rights transfers evaluating historic and projected stream flow depletions including expert testimony in Colorado Water Court.
• Engineering analysis and development of plans of augmentation allowing the use of water rights as defined by Colorado Water Law.
• Hydraulic engineering design for various components of:

1. 2.5 mgd raw water treatment plant
2. One million gallon and one-half million gallon water storage tanks
3. 300 gpm alluvial ground water well
4. 16,000 feet of 18-inch ductile iron transmission pipeline

• Inspection of capital projects for compliance with engineering design.
• Capital project economic cost evaluations and recommendation of best alternatives.
• Strong communication skills including report writing, presentations, and negotiations with city, industrial, private, and government entities.
• Strong team player and able to meet project schedules, deadlines, and costs.
